  • New Business Manager


    1. New business management.

    • Manage the flow of incoming requests from potential clients;
    • Determine the needs of clients; offer and sell agency services; 
    • Prepare presentations and offers for potential clients; hold meetings, close deals/contracts; 
    • Integrated management of new business projects and pitches: Planning, organizing meetings, coordinating the use of required resources, monitoring project tasks;
    • Provide the highest level of agency services;
    • Calculate project budget and timing;
    • Communicate with new clients; build long-term relationships;

    2. Business development

    • Proactively search for new clients and expand the list of potential clients; 
    • Attend relevant events, professional networking; 
    • Manage a base of potential customers, continually monitor the activity of companies; 
    • Present the agency's expertise and portfolio, as well as prepare presentations and commercial proposals;
    • Organize meetings between the top management of companies and the top management of the agency;
    • Track the results of new business activities.


    • Minimum 2 years of local agency experience (ad/creative/digital) participating in new business pitches;
    • General knowledge of marketing, knowledge of advertising, understanding of the processes needed to develop a brand strategy, creative, design, social media activities, digital;
    • Successful experience in negotiating and finalizing agreements with business representatives (new clients);
    • Experience running several projects simultaneously while dealing with time constraints; multi-tasking;
    • Confidence in using Microsoft Office and/or Mac OS (Keynote);
    • Knowledge of English (no lower than Intermediate);
    • General knowledge of accounting; experience working with contracts;
    • Presentation skills.

    • Assigning tasks, writing briefs, coordinating the work of the creative department
    • Working with existing clients and finding new ones
    • Giving presentations and conducting business meetings
    • Developing and implementing loyalty programs
    • Documentation management, collecting receivables
    • Analysis of competitors
    • Giving presentations at conferences


    • Higher education
    • Experience of work with clients or in sales from 1 year
    • Competent oral and written English
    • Computer knowledge
    • Ability to remain calm in any situation and to quickly find solutions even for the most difficult problems
